Six Monkey Martial Arts is everything I hoped it would be and more! I definitely recommend the M.S.T.R. course because it is so thorough with the exercises, drills, conditioning, meditation, Qigong, 1 on 1 training and so much more. I am new to martial arts and the personalized feedback is detailed and invaluably helpful.

Great Combat Techniques

“I started my journey with S.M.M.A about 2 years ago. These free videos are great and teach you the combative techniques of Monkey Kung Fu. I wish I knew these back when I did my tournaments in Orlando and Canada. Sifu breaks down each technique simply and is very detailed. I highly recommend anyone starting out to check out this free content.”

Effective and interesting

“Not just effective and interesting, during this course I had a lot of fun.
Not an easy art with strange stances and movements, but if somebody want to try something new (but classic) the Six Monkey Martial Arts is the best choice. Thank you for the hard work of the Sifu and the team of the S.M.M.A.!”

The M.S.T.R course covers all the smallest of minutia for each technique from body mechanics, distance control, timing, and much more. Sifu Barber is very detail oriented and makes himself available to answer any questions. It is a great opportunity to learn from an authentic lineage holder of Tai Shing.

Sifu Barber has helped me understand certain concepts in stances that have eluded me over the years in other programs. Lots of good material here.
